Services & Fees

The entire Dental Hygiene department and clinical facilities have relocated to Savannah Mall, next door to the rear entrance of Dillard’s Department Store (on Shawnee Street). You must access the building from the Mall parking lot; we do not have an entrance from within the Mall.

The Armstrong Atlantic State University Dental Hygiene Clinic is an educational facility and is available for dental hygiene related services only. Such services include oral prophylaxis, radiographs, athletic mouth guards and fluorides. Services are rendered by first and second year dental hygiene students under the supervision of faculty. The hours of operation vary from the fall and spring semesters. The fees for dental hygiene services are:

Adult Prophylaxis	$ 20.00
Child Prophylaxis (17 years old and under)	$ 10.00
Sealants (per tooth)	$ 10.00
Panoramic or Full Mouth Radiographs	$ 20.00

There is a $10.00 Charge for Prophylaxis for the Following Groups:

Immediate families of the employees of AASU, SSU and GSU
Military dependents with appropriate identification
Retired military and dependents with appropriate identification

THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR PROPHYLAXIS FOR THE FOLLOWING:

Active Military
Students of AASU, SSU and GSU
AASU Faculty and Staff
Alumni (with alumni card)
Senior Citizens (age 60 and up)
